  • What experience, skills or abilities do you have that matches my needs?

Getting started with Lin and commitment involved:

Coaching starts with a 1.5 hour in person or phone Discovery Session. You can choose to include an Enneagram type exploration interview for you to understand yourself at a deeper level. This session sets the foundations for all future coaching sessions.

Next, goals for your coaching are identified following by designing the coach-client alliance on how to work together.

After that, you receive 2-3 sessions per month that involve focused conversations, deep explorations and designing action steps to help you achieve your goals. These sessions are 30-60 minutes in length depending on your needs. Most coaching is done by phone with emails in between to follow up. Development takes time; commitment required is typically 3-6 months.

The coaching process is enhanced by:

  • The Enneagram typing exploration
  • Customized homework and resources
  • Email support between calls
